After another seven gruelling forest stages today, Molly Taylor has brought her Mitsubishi Mirage home in 19th place on Leg 2 of the Capital Rally of Canberra.

Yesterday's great performance had Molly starting today in a positive mood, and she again showed  just what she is capable of.  Holding down positions just outside the top ten for most of the day, Molly was then hindered by gearbox problems.  Losing second gear resulted in a gearbox change at Service, but the time lost meant that Molly, and co-driver, Dale Moscatt, slipped to 19th overall.
Despite the disappointment of not finishing higher up the placings today, Molly thoroughly enjoyed the weekend, commenting that "It was great fun, and a real learning curve."
Molly will contest the next round of the NEC Australian Rally Championship, Toyota Rally South Australia, to be held on August 10-12.
