Despite the difficulties required in bringing her dimunitive Mitsubishi Mirage home safely on the deteriorating roads, Molly Taylor has finished a fine 18th outright in today's Heat 2 of Toyota Kluger Rally South Australia.

Molly, and co-driver Dale Moscatt, have enjoyed a successful weekend, and apart from a minor off this morning, resulting in a flat tyre, the pair were rapt with their performance.  They finished the weekend in overall equal 19th place.
"I came into a corner a little too fast, and ended up spinning backwards off the road in order to save the front end," Molly said. "Luckily some spectators were able to push us back on the road and get us going, but just down the road we popped a tyre off the rim.  Unfortunately we lost about five minutes."
"I really loved the fast roads - they are very challenging - but we did find some of the ruts a bit hard on the Mirage as the day wore on," she quipped.
Just by finishing the event, Molly has claimed maximum points in the F16 Cup which she is contesting this year. She now only needs another 40 points from the remaining two rounds to clinch the title.
Molly had plenty of praise for her hard-working service crew who had the Mirage in perfect condition for this weekend's rally.  "The Mirage ran perfectly all weekend," she added.
