Born in 1988, Seb has been spectating at rallies since he was a youngster and began competing in 2004, at the age of 16.

His first experiences were in navigation-based endurance and road rally events, but less than a year later he progressed to special stage rallies. In 2006 he competed in the highly competitive BTRDA 1400 championship, and in 2007, he tackled the Ford Fiesta SportingTrophy UK.

During this time, Seb was one of just three co-drivers selected for the MSA British Rally Academy, a scheme set up by Robert Reid (world champion 2001, with Richard Burns) to develop young talent.

In 2008 Seb got his first experience of World Rally Championship competition when he contested Rally Germany and performed gravel note duties on the Rallye de France. He also teamed up with Adam Gould for an assault on the British Rally Championship (BRC) in a 2WD Renault Clio.

Numerous class victories secured them nominations for the European and UK Pirelli Star Driver shootouts. They went on to win the UK round and as a result, Seb graduated to the MSA British Rally Elite in 2009 and competed in a Pirelli-funded Subaru Impreza in the BRC.

Last year, Seb took his next step up, contesting the Junior World Rally Championship (JWRC), Fiesta Sport Trophy International (FSTi) and Intercontinental Rally Challenge (IRC) with Harry Hunt in a Ford Fiesta R2. He claimed championship honours in the FSTi, JWRC Rookie Cup and the IRC 2WD category.

In 2011 Seb continued his involvement within the national talent scheme as he was selected as a member of MSA Team UK. It gives him access to guidance from former world champion co-drivers, Phil Mills, Nicky Grist and Robert Reid.

Away from rallying Seb's hobbies include skiing, walking and web design. He also has a degree in Surveying and Mapping Science.
